Teresa Kenney - Management Consultant Specialist

Teresa Kenney, Owner of Makah Consulting and Management Consultant has been providing consulting services since 2005. Areas of specialized expertise include Business Process Improvement, Strategic Planning Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency, Project Cost Controls, Project Management and Merger and Acquisitions. Teresa has extensive experience in the areas of Operational Planning, Business Process Improvement and Integration, Strategic Cost Management, Financial and Tax Services, Project Management and Analytics.   Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Teresa has been a part-time consultant for 13 years with Branch Accounting and has worked in an Operational Management capacity for the past 7 years for Cardno, a professional infrastructure and environmental services company. Teresa also serves on the City of Renton's Human Services Advisory Committee. Teresa’s skills will be complemented by a team of sub-contractors who specialize in various disciplines.

Edgar Uribe - Management Consultant Specialist

Edgar possesses well over 25 years of experience as a business operations specialist, business developer and management professional focusing in: Management and expansion of global operations; enterprise restructuring; development and implementation of shared services organizations, enterprise integration, strategic planning; business transformation; business process outsourcing (nearshoring and offshoring), and domestic and international M&A. In his former role as Executive Vice President at Cardno, an Australian $800 million engineering and environmental consultancy organization and ISG formerly (TPI), a $250 million global management consulting firm, he was responsible for the strategic planning for growth in the target countries (UK, France, The Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico) this included the following: research and evaluation of merger candidates, integration and streamlining of business operations, evaluation and implementation of low cost centers in Manila, Philippines and Bangalore, India, application of cross-selling and cross-border mechanisms and regional management. Edgar graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree. He is fluent in Spanish, with working knowledge of Portuguese, French and German.
 

Lisa Mash - Senior Environmental Project Manager

Lisa Mash has over 18 years of project management experience in environmental consulting. Her extensive experience includes work in NEPA documentation and environmental permitting support, resource conservation planning and management, ecological studies, habitat assessments, species status assessments, distribution studies, endangered species recovery planning, recovery action implementation, and FESA (Sections 4, 7, and 10) and CESA compliance. As a project manager for the development of EAs/EISs and HCPs, Ms. Mash has had full responsibility for successful completion of services in support of the environmental documents, including oversight of technical leads, coordination with lead agencies (i.e., USFWS, NMFS, BLM, USACE, and FERC), task and deliverable schedules, budgeting, and overall management of the NEPA/ESA and permitting process. She has helped numerous clients with endangered species and land use planning issues; the regulatory permitting process at the federal, state and local level; and participating in biological monitoring programs throughout the United States. She has successfully participated in over 50 high-profile NEPA projects involving multi-jurisdictional organizations on behalf of her clients. Ms. Mash has a B.S. in Marine Biology from the University of South Carolina and was a 2009 Water Leader for William R. Gianelli Water Education Foundation.

Yohann Robin Connell - Information Technology Consultant

Based in Renton, Washington Robin Connell is a Senior Software Development Engineer and serves as the Information Technology Leader for Makah’s Quality Systems, IT Consulting, Managing Applications & Data Solutions. Areas of specialized expertise include extensive experience in Applications Development, Implementation Practices and Integrations. Robin has over 15 years’ of professional experience, consisting of Lead Engineering, App Development and Management positions. He has served as Software Engineer for Google, Widvine Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft and Quality Engineering. Robin has directed groups of development partners with responsibility for developing and deploying risk technology solutions to clients in all industry sectors. Areas of specialized expertise include Developing User Interface, Web Browser Add-on Installers, and Asset Management for Widevine Cypher Certificate Authority Product. Representative Engagements Robin has accomplished include: Designing and Developing Partner Web Portal for Google Dash based DRM, Designing, Developed and Maintaining Widevine product named VODDealer as well as Designing and Developing User Interface for Widevine Products, Installers for Web Browser Add-on’s, Applications for iOS, Android and PC/Mac using Flash and MPEG Validation Tool. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and has extensive experience in C, C++, Objective C, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML5 on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, iOS and Android Operating Systems with MPEG2, MPEG4, HTTP, and CSS Standards.
